Misaro (Read before posting in the town) Empty Misaro (Read before posting in the town)

The town is a rather small one, with a meager population, although a good number of the locals only visit seasonally, or when not hunting, so it's difficult to make any real estimate. Blacksmith equipment and anything over basic weaponry are rather scarce in the area, but luckily, so are any large local operations that would seek to prey on it's residents. For now, at least. Relying mainly on meat and barter as sources of food, some meager efforts to grow crops have been attempted, but little has come out of it. Sadly, local political unrest seems to do little to help population growth, and with trade a major source of life, the future of the town seems unsure.

Upon entering, you'll notice that a lot of the housing is non-permanent, including tents of many shapes and sizes. Walking down the main avenue, your likely to count off four or five tents for every full time residence, although most of those are just simple shacks. Set up in a very roughly square shape, a wide dirt path leads towards the center of town, and out in multiple directions once you get there. While one might assume the three odd quadrants of town this creates are different, they are virtually the same. While it was once attempted, the town remains without walls, and the only water source within is a large hand operated well. For the most part, it remains a sleepy little town trying to survive in the world, and you'll likely only spot a few people mulling about during the day.

Within earshot of the center of town, one of it's most recognizable landmarks, the Trapper's Trek Trading outpost stands. If you're a trapper or a scavenger, you'll likely be heading here a lot. It's the only place that has usable equipment to trade, although for a price. You can buy food, water, cheap weapons, even a room for a night, as long as you got hides to trade. Recently, it's been made even more recognizable as a center of town, with sturdy rock fortifications added to it's weak walls.

If your just coming into town, you'll likely also want to visit the towns local potion shop, seeing as it's the only place where you may have a chance of buying medical supplies. While a clinic once existed, it's been burned to the ground, and the fate of the doctor is uncertain at best. After trying to treat any medical ills and restocking on supplies, you'll likely be out looking for some grub, or at least a place to drink and shoot the breeze. On the outskirts of town, you'll see that the settlement also holds a small restaurant and local hangout, 'Bobo's Bar." although it's menu isn't very expansive, it's functional, and it's essentially the only place in town that offers those kinds of services.

If you're looking for areas of interest near Misaro, you may want to keep an eye out for a small hunting Camp led by a halfling by the name of Benny O'Boyle. It's rather small, but a good place to learn about the local economy of trapping and hunting. Other then that, a small abandoned area hollowed out in a sewer access to the east serves as a lab for the brewing of potions and other odds and ends.
